+ raining... +
the rain trickled
slowly, as i read my bible
along both sides of the roads
faces of glum-looking people
racing towards the nearest bus-stops
i remembered yesterday
while i didn't want school
it bothered me alot
homework not done
projects not done
the rain reminded me of how glum i was this morning
reluctant to return to school
still hating MT lesson..
i knew in my heart it wouldn't be a great day
but now i say it didn't go that way
in my heart i thanked God
thanked Him i wasn't caught in the rain
still, as i turned back to read my bible
drenched people boarded the bus
shivering under the cool air-conditioning
drops of water formed in the bus
the air was cool,
condensed and formed big droplets
dripped and dripped and dripped like there was no end
i continued reading
as i got off the bus
didn't need to rush
rain had stopped
i thank God once again
oh how many times he's been so faithful
and as i walk across the swimming pool of my home
i remember the times we used to play
paddling around in the water
under the protection of adults
and most of all, God
oh how i miss the times
we seems to have so much time
but oh how time flies
we've all grown up, You and I
new friends, old friends made
ties made, ties broken
the old memories returned
some friends we regret making
other friends still remaining
and now we've changed
we've all changed
for better or worse, im not sure
i only know im changed to be more like the one
the one whom i call saviour, redeemer, my father, my GOD
this day wasn't too bad after all
no homework collected yet;p
tests all postponed to a later date
they cheated my feelings!
but im grateful for that...
HAHA
it was a great day after all!
